Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NetLab (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NetLab is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. "CCNA" and "Cisco" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the subject matter we help you study.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use labs, practice sets and progress tracking. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts are for individual use; do not share or resell access.

3. Free and Premium access

A free account includes a limited number of Beginner lab starts each day plus unlimited practice questions and the command reference. Premium unlocks unlimited lab starts at every difficulty, troubleshooting labs and the timed mock exam.

Premium is offered on a monthly or 3-month recurring plan at the prices shown on the pricing page. Prices may change; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

4. Billing, renewals and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You may cancel recurring billing at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, circumvent access limits or payment, scrape or bulk-export lab and question content, or use the Service to infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its lab generators, simulation engine, question banks, reference material and interface, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own study.

Anything you submit — support messages, problem reports — may be used to operate, debug and improve the Service.

7. No exam guarantee

NetLab is a practice environment. We simulate networking behaviour for study purposes and it may differ from real hardware. We do not guarantee that using NetLab will result in passing any certification exam, and we are not a substitute for official exam materials.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable Service but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features, and may perform maintenance that interrupts access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or study time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — do.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
